To install this OP mod, take the file and go to r.u.s.e./data/pc/99. then drop the file in 99 and it will ask to overwrite, so go ahead and overwrite it. This means if you want to play with other players who don't have the mod you will have to reinstall the game or keep a copy of the original zz_glad file and replace the file everytime you want to go back and forth. Also the mod adds rediculous amounts of money. Administrative buildings are reduced in price from 100 to 75, so it only takes you 5 minutes to get over 5k money. This drives the ai crazy and the ai makes massive armies to kill you.
