The Brotherhood. A new Dawn awaits. Formerly known as Rise of Apocalypse, this mod is set two years after the conclusion of tiberian dawn. The Temple of Nod has been destroyed, and Kane, the charismatic leader of the Brotherhood of Nod, is missing, presumed dead. Whilst GDI archeological investigations continue on the site of the Temple, Nod is in fact far from defeated, and conflict continues in both the Europe and African theatres, as well as elsewhere around the globe. Meanwhile, Tiberium continues to spread and threaten more and more of the world's population. Whose side will you join in this ongoing battle for the future of the world?

Hand of Nod
Looks like a guard tower in shape of the famous Hand of Nod. Probably it's a part of Nod's Barracks or a defense shaped like the Hand of Nod. Anyway, judging by the looks, its accessible on foot

i also think this is a HoN "Under construction", just look, three fingers you can see from this position (also a lil bit from finger no. 4 if you look close), and the thumb. and now try to remember the HoN from this position :) sounds possible to me ^^
