The first release of Project Y4, "R01", will be unleashed on the 24th of August 2012.
I didn't want to announce a date until I was sure I could make it, and at the weekend I reached a point where I feel safe doing this. I played a complete game without having to resort to debug cheats.
R01 will comprise the tutorial and the main game. Additional material will be injected during subsequent releases, along with rolling balance tweaks and bug fixes as required.
