This mod makes it so that no units (except Settlers because otherwise the AI won't advance in the game and the Settlers will just sit there all game) take up population. Moreover, the build limit for Outposts, Blockhouse, War Huts, etc... are also increased to 500 (pretty much infinite xD)
To install, go to your Ao3DE instal folder then open the folder "Game" and then the folder "Data" (probably C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\AoE3DE\Game\Data) and replace the "data.bar" with the one in the download. PLEASE BACKUP YOUR ORIGINAL DATA FILE FIRST!!!
