The mod is not dead. I'm still working on it. Converting more models and more weapons. I also contacted Ghosper to see if he can help me get even more weapons into the game and also Modern Warfare 2 maps. I'll showcase some of the new stuff.

I think you should use Fastman92 Limited Adjuster to add more peds and weapons without replace.
