This is just a little mod I made for myself and a friend. It replaces most of the major leaders and some minor leaders along with a handful of generals with various anime characters. British and American names have been changed to their respective anime characters' names, with Hitler being changed to a custom name of my own. No guarantees on the democratic nations as not all of their possible leaders were listed in their respective history files.
Made to be compatible with Road to 56.
Suggestions for anime to use with any of the other nations is much appreciated :)
