Sometimes it's just a small issue with ModDB. You should be able to download version 3.00 if you try again later. I just tested and it work for me :)

Thank you for creating this amazing mod. I love the new feel of it, I love the background music, I love the fact that it is all balanced incredibly well so that it creates a challenge, which isn't completely overpowering though. I love the small cities that you pass along your way. You did a fantastic job with this mod and I am anxiously awaiting act 4 and 5 to be completed. Again, well done!!
Oh, and I have a small idea - you can add more new monsters, that would make it even better. For example in the Hell Unleashed mod there is a spider boss that you have to fight, called Sszak, and the modder had included a new spider monster for it. Also there were dragons, like Chymera, and countless many new monster types. Just a small idea, I hope you don't take it in a bad way :)
News monsters are defenitively planned, just for later :)
