In 3 steps , you click the unit like all other and then it going to spawn(you wont see it because its too high). Then you order it to go somewhere ,in the mean while, you need to control it just for a second ,in order to prevent it from falling. ctrl - S and its done.
I advise you to lower your hopes because its not easy to control them neither to attack the enemy , however , its quite usefull to spot enemy troops.
