Carcer City from Manhunt Series is now avaliable in Grand Theft Auto: Stars and Stripes.. Carcer City is an dark, dusky, even foggy city.. famous for crimes, murder-spree and corrupt police force.
It is known that the City is near Liberty City. That is why, you will find the city when you are flying near Liberty City.
Most of the well known companies or brands from GTA Series are in Carcer City aswell. Brands like: Sprunk, Bitch'n' Dog Food, Maibatsu Corporation, Tarbrush Café...
And again a few characters from the GTA's 3D Universe, including BJ Smith and Phil Cassidy, are also mentioned by the gangs of Carcer City.
