Great War SubMod: Liberated Nations

I plan making some type of alternative history mod (Since there isn't any) for NTW. My plans are simple all minor factions that were in vanilla, will be available in the great war mod. I plan making nations like Bavaria,Catalonia, Sicily be playable. My current status of right now is 5% of completion I want to make them available in the custom battles AND campaign as well.

I do love the great war mod despise the bugs but I really didn't like that minor nations didn't have generals. Especially serbia since it one of nations during WWI. So I plan to fixed that.

Serbia update

Serbia Update 12/24/2017

1. Every minor nation has recruit able generals now however Serbia is very different since it's taking sardinia place the Serbs General units names don't appear . I plan to fix that asap.

2. I plan to buff serbia a bit more since most likely in every game play usually Austria-Hungary takes over serbia less than 10 turns.

3.Once serbia is capitulated you are no longer able to bring it back as a protectorate or anything. I will try my best to find a solution to that.
