I could use help from:
- people with imagination and good ideas
-some guys who can fake Verrcetis, CJs, Woozies, Leones, Rosenbergs, Kent Pauls and Cesars voices
- a couple of guys who can modify/make textures
- a couple of map editors ( best if they know to use Map Editor v1.0a or anyother newer version)
- a couple of animators/ guys who know how to modify add peds/caracters
- a couple of mission “makers”/scripters
- some researchers
- a couple of guys who can introduce sounds in game
- a couple of guyz who knows to use macromedia flash (or any other good drawing program) and/or swift 3D ( or any other 3D modeling program)
- AND MOST IMPORTANT YOU, the other guyz ,cause maybe you don’t know to mod, but u can ask friends who can ask other friends if the moders that u or ur friends know, to join our project, yes OUR, because every gta player would like this mod to become reality would like to help, so…

I would be willing to record my voice imitating cesar vialpando, CJ, and Rosenberg. I could also make mission scripts and do research.
I don't no how to mod games but I would like to learn, so all i can offer is ideas on the game and thing that should be added to it to make it seem more complete, and more realistic. If you would like to hear some of my ideas repost here, I think that this is the best mod and idea for a mod I have ever heard, and I will be great if this mod got finished and doesn't turn out to die like so many others out there.
