Front Line is a World War 2 based modification for Red Alert 2 (not Yuri's Revenge). Unlike Red Alert 2's tank rushing and one unit attacking, Front Line focuses on using both infantry and tanks to defeat different types of enemies. New planes, infantry, tanks, and ships are at your command, each with its strength and weaknesses. In Front Line, the terrain is an actual part of your playing strategy. Also, unlike most mods or total conversions for Red Alert 2, we want strategic gameplay over rushing, incredibly fast battles, etc. In order to achieve this effect structure strengths are much more than in Red Alert 2, especially on more vital structures. As the name suggests, battles are focused on front lines away from the base, unlike traditional C&C. Expanding is a crucial part of winning in FL.
