Several years have passed since the events on the Islands of pagan and Kabatu. But according to unverified intelligence, the CIA became aware that several surviving scientists somehow took samples of the mutagen strain created by Dr. Krieger, and continue to experiment on people, turning them into mutants, at the newly built factory, the location of which could not be determined. Rumors about this reached the Russian special services. The FSB decided at all costs to seize these samples of the strain. Colonel Arnold Kakhovsky from St. Petersburg was assigned to lead the operation. To perform the task, the Colonel called from Moscow the best special agent Dmitry Koltunov. Dmitry Koltunov was secretly abandoned on one of the Islands of Micronesia. Its task was to find the location of the factory for the production of mutagen, to eliminate all scientists to acquire samples of the strain of the mutagen and to deliver them to Russia.
