Because these user maps that I've listed onto doesn't have any secret exits. And I've added those secret levels as bonus levels, that's why levels 3 & 4 don't have secret exits.

could it be possible to make the Total Meltdown usermaps into an episode thing for this mod? i know it wouldn't be quite the same, but it's a nice little alternative
