from downloaded mod in "import"
now goto
Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64\audio\sfx\STREAMED_VEHICLES_GRANULAR_NPC.rpf\
scroll down delete muscle_car_2_us_v8_npc.awc
now right click and import open format muscle_car_2_us_v8_npc.oac
from downloaded mod in "import"
start your game.....
