"Superpowered countries, superpowered gameplay" is the official motto of Civ 3: superpowers mod. This is a mod that will allow you to play Civ 3 as one of three super countires and will add new units, governments, and much more. The countries will fight it out on Earth, or you can choose to visit other worlds in your quest to be the victorious country. The USA, Russia, and China are the currently planned countries. Currently in need of a design staff. Check the help wanted section for details.
