I can't see pool as long map.
Improvement doesn't necessarily mean longer map. V2 should atleast have improved visuals. This looks more like V0.5, even worse than the original one.
You are the first one who doesnt like v2. Everyone loves it ;) There is no rule that v2 needs to be better/bigger then v1.
