- Strategy Center, Propaganda Center, Palace, and Boss Airfield are now buildable even without a promotion
- Superweapons are also buildable even without a promotion
- USA Tomahawk air missile speed increased and also has a new style when fired
(BOSS Tomahawk NOT Included)
- AI Don't build superweapons so early
