Welcome to the world of Aperture Science. Your name is Linda, the year is 1955 and you are trapped in a faulty relaxation center. Eventually, you drift off to sleep. When you wake again, things are changed. You meet new scientists. You learn about what had happened to not only you, but the world as a whole.

A quick look at the new "Aperture Laboratories Bankruptcy Transitional Period".

So, we have all seen what Aperture was like just before the final transition into the Entichment Center. Right? But what about the 8 other test shafts that led into the Enrichment Center? This. This point represents a record low for morale and confidence, with tests being poorly made. Outdated equipment, poor design and frequent accidents plagued these tests. Eventually, Aperture gained back some of the things she lost and finished the Enrichment Center, burying these tests deep in the desolate junkyard. Caroline, the now CEO was so embarrassed of them she didn't even build new tests above them. You get to experience five of these tests.

That's some backstory on that. Also, I'm hoping to have three NEW test elements; Aperture Science Scanning Apparatus, Aperture Science Emancipation Grill Filters and ***** ***** **** ***** ***** <- Surprise.
