Aux armes, citoyens! is an alt-history mod that sets the world in a scenario where France kept onto Alsace-Lorraine and won the Franco-Prussian war. In this timeline. Germany never became a thing and thus Prussia was turned to militarist dictatorism and became vengeful, seeking to unite Germany and crush the French. France is now a major world power, rivaling the British, with a major military alliance that spans most of western Europe, serving as a shield against any threats that Prussia might make. Austria, a once glorious empire in central and eastern Europe, was shattered by the European Defense Commitee, and Otto von Habsburg was couped by a democratic group that wishes to negotiate with the EDS and return their territories. Un deuxieme guerre mondiale is looming by the corner every day, and a single spark is all that takes to engulf not just Europe into flames, but possibly the entire world.
