In this minor alternate history scenario, Lenin never has his strokes in 1924. He survives to lead the Union through the 1920s and 30s, with Trotsky and Bukharin remaining prominent figures at the expense of one Yosef Dzhugashvili. Despite this, though, Lenin grows old. The 66 year old revolutionary's twilight years seem ever closer... and it is unknown what might happen to the Union's leadership when the old man falls.
