a few things left, some optimizations to be done, started with his face texture
Amazing job. I love how smooth the meshes look even with all the squares. Great color for his face. Specially the pink in his nose.
You did an excellent job with the bump mapping
normalmap bake + ambient occlusionbake ;)
He looks a little too fat for that head. Nice bake though!
naaah he is not fat, he is pretty skinny, but has a nice round beer belly and some pretty heavy and saggy clothes, he lives on the lighthouse it can get pretty windy and cold up there

its plain simple he is never gonna be around the grandpa, will use the exact same rig, and therefore its just a matter of saving time, the colorscheme will be changed though
if you don't get great job offers because of your work on this mod there is something wrong with the world ... (assuming you're unemployed and this is your portfolio project ... maybe im just uninformed)
almost no one of us is unemployed, we all are working in the industry, this is just freetime, thats why its so slow paced :)
But in the industry they can't work like they want to. :-]
