Idealy, each weapon will have a real effect on cobat-
aka currently buffed all weapon stats to realistic-
Axes = good v infantry but more effective towards buildings.
Swords- default "Vanilla"
Spears = Anti-cav bonus.
Halberds = slight infantry buff, Anti cav buff
Ji polearm = Anti cav+ anti inf.
and reach distance has been scaled rightly. aka- Ji's are "Long"
