Five years have passed since the great war ended with the failure... ...of the Entente. The glorious Wilhelm II declared victory over Europe and the British Empire. The USA never went to war. At the east, in Russia the civil war rages since five years. Japan had withrawn itself from the conflict, and concentrated of seizing russian territories. In the post-war years, Germany has increasingly extended its influence to its allies to scrap them into Mitteleuropa. In Turkey, bloody ethnic conflicts broke out in the Arab, Armenian, Georgian and Kurdish areas. The status of the Austro-Hungarian monarchy is uncertain. The federalization of Karl I may have stopped the disintegration, but it may have just been delayed.
