About faction i think:
- Allied, Soviet, Yuri are available in Yuri's revenge, free to use!
- GDI, Nod, Cabal (and maybe Forgotten) are available in Tiberium Sun: Firestorm, free to use. Remember you must covert all voxel and shp before use this in Yuri's revenge because 2 game have 2 different tileset. You can go www.ppmforums.com and forums.revora.net for detail.
- Republic, Atreides, Harkonnen are impossible if you didn't known using 3d program.
- About China, USA, GLA, Scrin, you can covert this from Tiberium Wars: Kane Wraith and General: Zero Hour with 3d program, I recomment you try 3DS Max but that thing is much to learn.
- About public asset to use, go to www.ppmsite.com or forums.revora.net, they have too many asset for you choose and many thing to you learning for your mod.
Moding need time and passion, like game making but shorter time!

Yuri and Tiberian Sun will have no problems. The game will not add dune. I just named one of the factions that will be present in mod. About 3D Max is unlikely. But thanks for the support)
