A player Kalga came with a sollution so you can play all the mods you like.
It's been placed at the same page I gave you before. (the TE forum page)

To Tripy: The reason the Ultimate Collection will not work!: Is because you got all games on one program set, that is why your game will not respond to the collection. Plus knowing EA, they made it mod free so not allowing the game mods on the Collection set! However, in theory which i would ask you to test. If you have an old copy of TIberium Wars? Try that and see if it works on that. If it doesn't better luck next time? Also Tiberium War mods will not work For Kanes Wrath!
