This time I didn't expect so much quality in, at the first glance, another typical "bounty hunt" mod. There were many attempts from other creators to implement decent contracts for hunters in Fallout 3, but they were nowhere near in quality and quantity of available content.
As for "Enemies Of The Wastes" - it's literally feels like "New Vegas Bounties Part 1" but on diet. If you know this famous saga from someguy2000 for Fallout: New Vegas, I must assure you that this quest mod is like a refined version of the first entry in this mod saga. What do I mean by that is, let's be honest, first part of New Vegas Bounties is pretty lenghty but also very mediocre in final content. There are many decent bounties which you can take only after finishing dozens and dozens (more than 20, if I remember correctly, played this mod long time ago) of identical contracts where the only main differences are locations and "faces" of the next targets.
And here comes "Enemies Of The Wastes" which gives you only "best of the best". There is no filler content and ordinary bounties, every target has unique backstory with decent writing for the mod of this type. Every encounter feels fresh and unique by providing non-identical backstories and variations of enemies that you'll need to hunt down. Also there are many different choices that can potentially change future events of the quests and you have options not to kill every target.

Additional plus from me for more mature and grounded themes that Polov used in his creation. Slavery means slavery (I'm looking at you, Paradise Snowflakes), psychopath behaves like a psychopath and so on. It feels very different after vanilla content and Bethesda's attempt to sugar-coat every potential customer without touching more darker tone of the post-apocalypse.
Even without voice acting, dialogs look natural and some more harsh words in vocabulary of wastelanders, that you'll meet, is nothing too extreme in my opinion.
In my playthrough I had only one very weird CtD when I found Milord in Tenpenny Tower (still don't know what might caused that) and after re-launching the game, it never happened again.

In the end, it is a good adventure and the only proper, stable and "quality over quantity" type of bounty mode that, as we all know, Fallout 3 modding community will ever get. Endorsement and gratitude from me personally.
Should you try this mod in 2023? Absolutely, it's at least 3-5 hours (depending on your choices, by the way) of additional content that brings more side quests with decent writing style in the Capital Wasteland.
