Hey everyone, I'm not quite sure how many people actually check out my page but I thought writing a quick news update about my current situation might help matters. So, lets get started shall we. As many of you may know I'm the "Storyline Coordinator and Writer" for Opposing Forces 2, but that doesn't mean I cant have fun on my own side project(s). That brings us to the main event, I've recently started mapping (with sdk of course) and am working on 2 different mods, one by myself, and the other with a few friends. However, I am no mapping genius and when I map I seem to cause more problems then help matters, so I'm looking for those who would like to assist in the mod I am making. There is a storyline in the works, but nothing is solid. As for positions I'm looking the following:
Mappers- Looking for those who have SDK experience and can correctly and realistically map.
Coders- I don't know what the hell you guys even do...
Artists- enough said
Assistant writers/storyboard coordinators- If you think you can contribute with the storyline and or updates (upcoming page)

Also keep in mind that most likely this will become an actually mod and once I get a page things will be more official. Anyways, as far as my first news update goes, think its not that bad.
hey i know this post is more than 2 months old but i wouldnt mind trying out some creative writing with you. Perhaps if we can get a solid enough story we can do some mapping together. I can also teach you some mapping skills. (Although you seem to have some experience already)
I would have to be part-time as far as mapping goes, please understand that I have my own work to attend to as well. But story writing is much easier to give time to, because I can do it while I'm at work (lots of down time there). I have written up several detailed mod ideas of my own that will probably never see the light of day, but it's a passion of mine to write. So let me know if you want my help. :) (I can also help you develop some level design ideas and identify interesting design space in the mod.)
