damn sorry, cant upload anything uncompressed, MODDB wont allow it =(

if you have win RAR then you can open it with that and just drag and drop it to the morrowind/data files directory, with my vista simply choosing extract brings up an error with all zipped files but drag and drop seems to work fine.
