I've been working on a complete FX overhaul for most races in Dark Crusade. So far, the finished ones are Orks, Space marines, IG, and Chaos. I also included the Tyranids, but the version that uses DoW2 ported models. Eldar is nearly complete, and after that i'll probably post some screenies.
The goal of the project is to visually bring DoW1 as close to DoW2's a s possible, since I really enjoyed the FX of DoW2 and saw potential for it's ancestor, and I dare to say it looks pretty good! :)
However I dunno if I'll be releasing any of this to the community yet, i'll see about that in the future, but like I said, a visual preview will be posted soon.
