Made the sketch a while ago, never found a chance to complete it since I'm working full time on the game (Dark secrets) Quite happy with the result I managed to achieve.
I may have played Street Fighter when I got the idea for the hair, but I had fun going with the flow. Tested a few new things like draw a good hand pose but I was never satisfied with the result.
I usually use about 3 or 4 sketch layers
*one very rough layer for the perspective and proportion of the picture
*one layer with basic form of the body and clothes
*one with details.
*I usually end it up by strengthening the lines with an ink pen tool or in this case vector graphics in paint tool sai
And a minor change on the infoboard/billboard, I changed map for an overview over the inner city (like the boss wanted). A simple map that was meant to guide you in the game.
