are you guys converting models from SFC I-IIII mods?

You put everything in the Data folder?
Your shortcut paths are correct?
If all that is ok then you might not be able to run shader 2, delete the "shader" folder out of the Data directory
i did that but nothing happened. wait did u use the shader for st:hw if u did the my comp can use it
Continuum will have Shader 2 and Shader 1, we're going to upload an installer that will put the Shader 2 files on as a small patch. Hopefully Desura will be as flexible.
Alot of old machines, and small ones, can't run shader 2
