Report RSS Time's End is not dead

Posted by on

Full time work and a social life are the enemies of mapping. Time’s End is not dead. It’s an enormous project, 70+ maps at present although that number will likely go down with cuts and merges. One day I look at it and see something I’m really proud of, another day I look and see a massive clusterfuck.

Why no updates on the TE page? With updates come expectations. It’ll be done when it’s ready. If I die first, my apologies. I don’t think I will, though.

(and no I’m not dying any quicker than the rest of you)

Good luck, besides The Core,

You are the last HL1 mod still in dev. from a decade ago.

I've been playing HL1 with Max Vollmer's VR mod and it is siiiiick! As soon as I finish the base game I'm gonna try to see if Life's End works with it as well (it should). So glad to hear Time's End still lives. If it all works in VR, then I'm gonna be super happy.

70+ maps?! You are a madman!

Time's End should be the best mod ever, but I'm still looking forward to the new mod
