This will help those of you who were experiencing severe performance issues and DID meet the minimum system requirements. We're not making this an official game file until we've thoroughly tested it. This fix will be included in Republic at War v1.2. There is also no guarantee that it will work for everyone. As of this writing, we have seen only positive results.
I've made it available here for those of you who don't want to wait until the official release.
