Report RSS Total War : Total AV vs Adaware , guess who won the dirty game of impressions

Posted by on

I have initially very good senses on Total AV

But i think Adaware

Wins by default , it looks and feels more meticulous and more discreet and more versatile than Total AV , the latter is looking obviously more on marketing (too many pop ups and warnings about Free Trial without getting the Free Programme already and done with it) and the very instinct of ignorance (shared by all of us commonly in this information highway) while Adaware is down to the fact , easier to use , it does not prone much about putting Windows Antivirus out of its misery (not that Mrs. Microsoft is doing that bad) BUT again i think we all children of the light and the night would feel so much better knowing that one day after a cozy sleep we won't see half our downloaded stuff deleted because the darn software thought it is some kind of a malware (Which again god and bill gates be praised can be overlooked with the much necessary exception folder option)

Both programmes seems to be up to date and hard to be targeted by a malicious software again my gut instinct is more in favor of adaware.
So it is more like 3 antivirus programmes than one , more like 3 options : 1. Adaware 2. Total AV 3. Miscrosoft Antivirus.

Adaware in Action

I think Adaware wins , i have both fine softwares installed one good thing is they have managed to remove as it seems the bugging real time protection Windows Antivirus sets but i have to further check on that , both solutions are strongly recommended , mainly adaware , depending on computer configuration and aging and whatever you guys are messing with...

Take Care.
