In the visual novel games Tricky Gang, a huge open game world awaits you! You can explore this game world at any time of the day or night. The game world is divided into maps. Now there are eight of them, but their number will be constantly increasing. This visual novel games is in constant development!
Naturally, to cover such a large game world you need transportation. The transportation system is implemented through the "World Map". The "World Map" call is available in the starting locations of all maps. (The starting location is always the first icon on the left side of the map navigation menu).
In the starting location, a red icon with a "globe" will appear in the right menu. This is the button to call the "World Map"!
The protagonist cannot travel the game world in his home clothes!
To start navigating the "World Map", your protagonist must be wearing the right clothes! There are three such clothes in the protagonist's closet! They are "Street casual", "Street sporty" and "Street work" clothes. (I wrote about the "Wardrobe" of this visual novel games in a previous article)
At the moment, there are 6 types of transportation in this visual novel games. Two types of personal transportation and 4 types of public transportation:
Personal:
Car
Bicycle
Public:
Subway
Bus
Taxi
Motorboat
To move to the selected location, the game will offer you to additionally choose a type of transportation, which you will use to get there. Travel time is not taken into account now, but later, this moment is planned to be realized.
Not all types of transportation will be available for all maps in this visual novel games! For example, if your current map (your location) and your destination map (the map you have selected as your destination) are located near a city water canal, then water transportation will be available. In "green areas" of the map (e.g. the "Park" map) you can only get to the map by ecological transport, i.e. by bicycle, for other transport this map will be inaccessible.
There are many nuances, but they are all open and intuitive.
Here are the main nuances:
Car
Clair will not ride in a car:
- -under the influence of alcohol;
- -in a sports suit;
- -in "green zone" maps;
Bicycle
Clair will not ride a bicycle:
- -under the influence of alcohol;
- -in casual or work clothes;
- -to the store for shopping;
Subway
Clair will not take the subway:
- -to the store for shopping;
- -in a sports suit;
Bus
Clair will not take the bus:
- -to the store for shopping;
- -in a sports suit;
Taxi
Clair would not take a taxi:
- -in a sports suit;
Motorboat
Clair will not take a motorboat:
- -to the store for shopping;
- -in a sports suit;
