I installed an old version of Pro:Gen (version 1.9 for Vanilla Generals) on my computer and learned some new tricks for when you want to create a new faction. After you define it in the PlayerTemplate.INI file, you can add the following lines to make changes to units. This is a convenient shortcut if you only want to make changes to build cost, build time or veterancy. You do not even need to clone the units to the new factions. PlayerTemplate.INI does the work for you. Pro:Gen 1.9's Tank Command faction is listed here as an example. This has so much potential.
