I'm not sure how many people read this, but I will ask all tens of you a question anyway. I've got these guys (Indiedb.com) that want me to support me in developing developing kinigits. They are saying they want me to develop Kinigits, but they will provide me with art, information, models, and that type of stuff when I need it. . . What do you think? Should I accept?

Hmm... it sounds nice, but do you know why they would do that? Ask them what they want in exchange, and then consider their proposal. I'd also ask them about their motives. Why do they want to help, and why specifically you? What do you have to do in return? Do they want you to share your game rights with them? Do they want to share profits? Do they want to team up with you? Do they just want to help without asking for anything in return (the latter would be pretty peculiar)?
Ask them about these things, and then ask for some time to think about it, as well as some more info about them (unless the answer is an obvious no, of course).
My personal opinion is that what you wrote above sounds a bit fishy, so, if you're okay carrying on alone with your project, do so. It's your personal creation after all.
P.S. A more descriptive blog title would surely help getting interested people to read and respond.
