I've always been pretty good at getting to grips with technical stuff. Modding Doom proved to be a fun, but sometimes frustrating experience. There are engine limitations to deal with in the original Doom engine, but then there's also quirks of the port being used. But, I can get my head around that. It's why teaming up with my best friend @[BarefootMapMaker](members:barefootmapmaker:4544685) has worked so well. I can make happen what he dreams up. At least, as far as Doom goes.

Since we released .22 of Dragon Sector, we've been talking a lot about fixing issues in the maps and Barefootstallion has been working on Map 03. It's still in the early stages, but it's looking pretty cool, I must say.

As for me, well, my latest project has beenrefining the plug doors. We like how they look and operate, but there's some bugs that need fixing. So, I'm working on sorting that out. While I'm at it, I'm going to implement an override in the Control Room of Map02. So, once you get there, you'll be able to open the plug doors remotely, and they'll stay open.

This was an idea BarefootMapMaker wanted to do initially, but it was pretty low on the priority list. Now, since he's working on Map03, I can sort those issues out and not take time away that he could have spent working on the map himself.

So, that's about it for now.

Oh, there is one other thing.

I want to thank those that have downloaded and enjoyed the Maps. It's been really cool to hear the responses from people. It's also been awesome seeing the videos posted about them. It has shown us a good variety of different playstyles, and how people approach the various encounters.

Okay, that's it for now, for real, this time. See you all later!
