My gaming began in 1995 with doom2 on a 386SX 25MHz with 4Mb RAM, 25Mb HDD and a PC speaker for sound. I had to repeat that year in the university (the third year) because I was too busy playing it to study for the exams. Later, in the early 2000s I participated in making 3d models for Doomsday (a horrible travesty as I see it now, the DooM sprites require models of ~30k polygons to emulate fully).
