Ahaha, well a lot of my inspiration lately has been anime in origin (although not particularly that genre), so that's not too surprising. I'm glad I at least got marginally close to my mark :)

Found out its an app called GarageBand and it costs a few bucks. Probably not what you are looking for, but here's a link anyway.

Ah yeah, I've used the OS version and it's nice, but I'd probably use something like FL Studio first, since it's Windows natively.
