Hi, I am the lead developer in a team consisting currently of 3 people. The third person in our team has been unable to fulfill their duties in helping out with mechanics design due to work, particularly during the times of COVID. As a result I'm looking for someone who can help me with designing the game mechanics for my upcoming RPG Realms of Ashjana.

Ideally I am looking for someone who has a good creative mind, particularly towards game design. One of the most pressing issues with the project right now is coming up with a good RPG system that can integrate well into the lore of the game, as well as be interesting enough to encourage various playstyles. I can provide a list of planned and existing game mechanics on request to give you a better idea of what the game needs.
As for compensation, we have a very small team and we mostly work on a voluntary basis, but as the game has a Steam AppID, if the game is released then you will be entitled to revenue share based on the total size of the team + contribution.
