I am working on a personal project; I am trying to see if I can improve graphics/sound of an old DOS title. This is a paid job, but just know that this is a passion project - will not be released or sold. It's just something I've always wanted to do. Anyway, let me get into the technics: The software in question stored all of their assets in an archive that I cant seem to access (due to my own technical limitation). I somehow was able to access some content, but nothing worth mentioning. Basically, you would be hired to assist me with both reading and writing files into their file system so that my edits can be played into the game. I will provide more info about the game itself should we move forward. I dont know if it helps but the game itself is an old 1990s title, the company doesnt exist anymore; just before disbanding, they released their software as freeware.
