Character Design job

I'm looking for creative and self-motivated 2D artist to draw some character designs. I have a list of suggestions and have been sourcing out reference materials that I would be interested in sharing thoughts over Private messaging. I'm open to ideas being contributed but my following premise is as such.

What if all the main characters of Half-Life 2 were all teenagers that just want to hang out and play basketball in and around City 17 ? I want the concept art of the following characters in T or A position poses for custom characters to be modeled on.

- Barney
- Kliener
- Breen
- Mossman
- Freeman
- Eli

I'm allowing the artist artistic license to interpret this brief in which ever way they choose as long as it's tasteful and not indecent (no bdsm string clothes showing nipples and/or bare buttocks). But besides that anything from Boondock kids to The Breakfast Club. As long as the characters look to be roughly between the ages of 12-16 and would look good as a cast of characters.
