No, he only has one eye left. I believe he lost the other when he tried to warn the emperor of the Horus Heresy by foretelling the event all together.(Fluff check) At the time, foretelling the future, and even using your Psyker gifts was against the emperors teachings. Magnus, enraged that the Emperor, his father, would condemn him to heresy for trying to warn him, began to unravel the teachings of Tzeentch. Magnus was the first disciple of Tzeench, the first peice to be played in Tzeentch's grand scheme. Magnus was the first Psyker of the entire Imperium, the first man to feel the alluring power of the raw untamed energies of the warp. He has since ascended to Daemonhood, and now commands the most powerful magics in the entire galaxy.
That is because he is not. If your corpse of a god was even worth ruling, he should have seen Horus' plot to destroy him, but blinded by pride he was, and the whole of humanity will pay for his blindness.
The Emperor knew. He's known how everything would turn out since he was incarnate 60k years prior to the Heresy. Everything has played out exactly as he has planned and when his plan comes to fruit, chaos will be no more.
Actually Magnus lost his eye when he struck a deal with Tzeentch in the warp in order to spare his legion for 200 years from the flesh warp that plagued them due to the massive about of psychic ability's they had (which he originally did not know that was Tzeentch but merely a power in the warp). In that deal he sacrificed one eye and his soul (which he did not remember promising).
He then learned of the plot to turn Horus against The Emperor which he first tries to prevent by summoning to Horus in his dream state where Erebus of the Word Bearers Is corrupting him with the powers of chaos. But that ultimately failed so he went to warn his father The Emperor but not trusting astropaths he decided it was best to travel directly to Terra and The Emperor through the Warp. He then uses the power of the warp to destroy the wards guarding Terra and accidentally destroys the Golden Throne the one thing that would allow the human race to rule the galaxy unopposed.
All of this was planned by the chaos god Tzeentch to corrupt Magnus and his Legion to the powers of chaos.
Also, Azhek Ahriman didn't give a crap about casting his rhubric since he saw into Magnus' head and realized he also had to sacrifice Ahriman's brother to stop it. SSo he just left that as a great big '**** YOU' and left to go find the Black Library to teach him a lesson or two. He's still trying to find it...
