Description
Just put the "splash" file in C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\Command & Conquer 3\Launcher (for 64 bit: C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\Command & Conquer 3\Launcher) Don't forget to backup the old one (like i did :P)
