Apparently they developed a self-teaching Battle Management AI a while back as well (for coordinating Armata platforms/drones/air assets) they dubbed it Unicum, but unofficially everyone calls it Skynet of course.
Well yes and no, most nations with a large MIC have been attempting and succeeding to various degrees in the creation of battle strategy focused AI for a long time now. It's nothing overly new, but in saying this we do not fully know the capabilities of these newer systems.
Russia and Israel are at least a decade ahead of everyone else when it comes to fielding UGVs. Europe and China are already catching up.
While the American Cooperate Industrial Complex will have our troops over-matched with the return to the mentally retarded Vietnam Era Air Assault strategy.
