I think the name is SdKfz 161 Panzer IV
no, it's a Sonderkraftfahrzeug 161 Panzerkampfwagen Vier, ausfieren G. You have to write the full name, because it sounds awesome.
Sdkfz 161 is just the boring inventory designation.
btw "Ausführung G" n not "ausfieren G" ;)
