TacSoc is going to use Dropbox to receive mission files from members, BUT you don't need Dropbox to upload to us, oh no.
simply go to this URL

and type in the password "tacsoc" (without quotation marks obviously).
you will be greeted with a button saying "upoad file"
Click that, select the file you want to upload, and click OK.
Wait for it to upload, which shouldn't take too long, since mission files are reasonablly small.
Done.
I will play the mission, for fun, and to see that it works, then I will then choose some of the best ones, these will be played on one of our upcoming game nights (however we don't have enough members yet to make it worth anyone's while, so get your friends to join!).
We tried to make this as easy as possible, and I think we've achieved that. If Desura allows members to upload files directly to our page in the future then we will adopt that.
