I think he means the respaw/checkpoint system... But there is Linda 058 who got a plasma rifle to the face and died but was later resurrected by Dr.Halsey (in the Halo novels "the fall of Reach" and "First Strike")

i'll just go ahead and add optimus prime to this list..

Chuck Norris didn't die in the first place, so he will only live once... mainly cause even death is too scared
